Fulleton Creek Channel Cleanup: Inner-Coastal & Watershed Cleanup

We are excited to have you join us for Coastal Cleanup Day. Please fill out the form and we will email you instructions along with your Site Captain's contact information. See you September 16.

 Site Information: Did you know that water and trash in our channels flow out to the ocean untreated? In addition to helping clean up your neighborhood, you can help keep the beach clean by participating in a channel clean up!

• Wear appropriate clothes including rubber boots or hiking boots (no sandals or open-toed shoes).
• Bring gardening or work gloves if you have them.
• Remember your sunscreen and a hat!

*Please Note: This site has a cap of 60 volunteers.  If you have a large group and would like help finding a site best for you, contact lauren@coastkeeper.org

Requirements: Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, guardian or group leader. If accompanied by a group leader, the volunteer form must be signed by the volunteer's parent.

Meeting Location: Registration 8 – 8:30 a.m. at Elk's lodge (7212 Melrose St. Buena Park 90621)
Begin cleaning at site 9 a.m.
Barbecue at Elk’s Lodge 11 a.m.

Parking:  Buena Park Elk’s Lodge, 7212 Melrose St. Buena Park 90621
Transportation to channel entrance will be provided or volunteers may walk to channel entrance after registering (distance is approx. 1/4 mile)
