The Coastkeeper Garden will share the secrets of successful strawberry growing at its workshop on April 1. Orange County's Strawberry Expert Julie Bawden-Davis will demonstrate how to choose, plant and care for this delicious crop!

Southern California!s mild climate is ideal for strawberry growing, and they can be grown in pots for small spaces such as balconies or porches. But, it takes a special blend of strawberry plants and know how to keep strawberries growing throughout the year.

Learn the secrets to organic mouth-watering strawberries from the woman who literally wrote the book— Julie Bawden-Davis, the author of, “The Strawberry Story: How to Grow Great Berries Year-Round in Southern California.”
