Pollinators in the Garden

Learn all about backyard pollinators and how you can attract these amazing creatures to your garden.  Bees, beetles, moths, butterflies, bats, and birds are just a few of the beneficial creatures that help create an ecosystem right in your own backyard!  Learn how to choose low water use pollinator plants to provide nectar and beauty to your garden. Workshop includes a tour of the Coastkeeper Garden’s “SmartScape” which showcases drought tolerant pollinator plants. Workshop taught by Marianne Hugo, Coastkeeper Garden Director and Master Gardener with over 25 years experience teaching sustainable gardening practices.

Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, hat and sunscreen as the workshop takes place outside in the Garden.
